The Technology Commercialization Funds (TCF), managed by the Office of Corporate Liaison and Technology Transfer (OCLTT) was created to provide Rutgers with powerful and effective programs to enhance its technology commercialization efforts. These programs will advance promising Rutgers technologies and start-up companies whereby attracting outside entities such as strategic partners and investors to further the effort to bring products and services to market.
